MEET THE FOUNDER

Anna Mezhina, Founder & Director

An entrepreneur and business consultant, but more importantly, a mother, wife, and migrant just like you who started everything from scratch in Australia.

Anna's migrant journey

Anna was born and raised in Russia, then moved several countries over the years with her family business which ensured she was always on the move. These experiences instilled a sense of resilience and respect for other cultures, beliefs and traditions.

Anna’s personal mission is to give you the confidence to stand firmly on your feet in a new country and do what you love.

Migra Terra's Story

2016

After years of travel, Anna immigrated to Australia with her family. She started a marketing agency and business consultancy in Australia after struggling to find full-time employment for months despite her extensive professional background overseas.

2023

Anna became a mentor at the Department of Small Business providing migrants with free mentoring, and began running master classes for migrapreneurs in Brisbane and Sydney.

Inspired by personal experiences of transitioning into Australian society and the difficulties of finding employment without local support, Migra Terra was founded to create a welcoming, supportive space where migrants from diverse backgrounds feel they belong, can learn, and can build their ventures with confidence.

2024

Migra Terra’s first networking events are a huge success, and we aim to grow our services and continue to serve you, migrants that aspire to start their business in Australia.
